Hit the barre for our signature full body workout designed to give you chiseled abs, toned legs, defined arms and a high, lifted booty. This 60 minute, core-centric class uses a wall-mounted barre for stability and focuses on total body strength, alignment, flexibility and posture as you work through a targeted progression of exercises. Sound easy? Don't be fooled. Push yourself to experience the "shake," then find balance, as every exhausted muscle is rewarded by a deep, therapeutic stretch.
Cancellation policy If you cancel, a fee of $5 may be charged or a visit will be deducted from an applicable plan or pass.
