Cardio + Barre
Welcome
to Cardio+Barre, a well-rounded, 60-minute workout that combines aerobic
training and the core-centric, low-impact exercises that define our Classic
Barre class. The Cardio+Barre classes are divided into two 30-minute segments.
The first focuses on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) designed to
support heart health by raising and lowering the heart rate in intervals. The
second segment moves from cardio exercises to our classic barre moves to
strengthen and stretch the whole body, focusing on the thighs, glutes, and
core. As with Classic Barre, Cardio+Barre provides a range of options and
modifications within each exercise and is suitable for any and all fitness
levels. Join us for Cardio+Barre with water in hand (and maybe a towel!) Get
