Terms and conditions for Barre Star: Monthly Unlimited Membership (Month to Month)

This is an auto-renew month-to-month plan that will bill $129 every 30 days and grants the member unlimited use of classes for the following month. You will be charged this amount every month until you cancel. You may cancel your monthly recurring membership any time up to 24 hours PRIOR to the date of your automatic payment.


FAILED/DISHONORED PAYMENTS: Failed debit/credit card charges payable to Barre Defined, LLC without notification of cancellation will be assessed a $25 collection fee, and Barre Defined will collect the current and past-due balance in any subsequent month.

UNPAID BALANCES: All unpaid balances after 30 days are subject to a monthly service charge. Any unpaid balance for membership fees, goods or services past 30 days will result in automatic suspension of Studio privileges until your payment is satisfied. You are obligated to pay any collection and/or legal costs incurred by Management for collection. Barre Defined, LLC reserves the right to charge balances and overdue balances to their current account under the Electronic Funds Transfer Act and Fair Credit Act.
